Among the founders, we bring a wealth of over 75 years of experience in our wonderful hospitality industry. Comprising a trio of friends, each contributing unique skills to the business. Alongside Tom, Sam and Adam, we reached out to our cherished circle of confidants - those who would not merely join us on this journey, but also infuse it with dynamism.  We perceive ourselves as an extension of our clients' teams, wholly committed to providing the best part of their day.

The Chefs Academy is a development path that allows experienced, new or aspiring Chefs to master their craft and have some fun! There is nothing like having fun, pushing boundaries, or experimenting with different ingredients, flavours or ways of working. The Chefs Academy is a space for peer-to-peer learning, as well as the place for guest speakers, guest chefs and food challenges.
